Frequently Asked Questions

How much does delivery cost? We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of £30 or more. On smaller orders, Standard Delivery costs £3, or £6 if you choose Express Delivery. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

What if I need my order delivered urgently? Just choose the Express Delivery option at checkout. We charge £3 extra for this service, which also includes a tracking code you can use to track the progress of your delivery. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

Can I order a gift or gift box in advance and have it sent later on? Yes, please just let us know when you'd like the gift to reach its destination by adding an extra note in the gift message field in the cart, or contact us with your request. We'll delay shipping the order to get it delivered as close to that date as possible. We can't yet guarantee delivery on a specific date but we'll do our best.

What happens if my order hasn't arrived? In the very unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days (or within 4 working days for express delivery), please contact us, quoting your order number, and we will investigate. 

Do you ship internationally? We don't yet offer deliveries to addresses outside the UK via this website. If you'd like to send one of our products or gift boxes to an address overseas, please contact us to discuss options and prices.

Can my order be delivered to me rather than directly to the recipient? Of course! Just put in your own address as the delivery address at checkout.

Can I add a message to my gift box? Yes, absolutely. In fact, we highly recommend it. Just write a gift message when you place your order (on the cart page) so the person receiving your gift knows who it's from.

Can I create a gift box with products I choose? This option isn't yet available via the website but we're working on it. In the meantime, please do contact us and we'd be happy to help you put together a bespoke gift box.

Can I buy your products without a gift box? Of course! Feel free to purchase any of the individual products on our website and we can send them to you or to any address you specify at checkout.   

Can I place an order for more than one gift box at a time? And to more than one address? We're working on making both of these options available via the website. For now, please order each gift box using a separate transaction or tell us where you'd like the second gift box sent using the gift message field in the cart or by contacting us. When placing an order, you will be given the option to sign up for a Hill and Green account and to save credit card details to make repeat orders easier.

What do I do if I'm not happy with my purchase? Please see our Returns Policy for information on how to request a return and refund.

Do you corporate gifting? Yes we do! We are working on making corporate gifting easier through our website but, for now, please get in touch with us to discuss options. We'd love to hear from you.
